With over 60 years combined experience within the Group, we have the expertise and access to great, reliable contractors to ensure your property is kept at the best condition and your investment is as hassle-free as we can make it.

 

Our aim is to reduce the number of void periods between tenancies and ensure you get the most return for your investment as possible.  

 

On your behalf we will:

 

• Be the only point of contact for your tenant

• On call for maintenance issues 24/7

• Collect rental cheques/payments in your name and deposit them on your behalf as and when required

• Check-in and out tenants with inventory, ensure all utilities are clear and arrange returns and collections of security deposits

• Arrange Renewals of tenancies

• Registration of Ejari

• Provide low cost, high-quality maintenance

• Provide quarterly reports of your property

• Take away the stress

• Keep you and your tenant up to date with the latest Laws and Regulations.

The Property Supervision Fee is calculated as 5% + VAT of the annual rent you receive for your property (but not less than AED 5,000 plus VAT).
